Rioja look alike from Navarra - typical cedar notes, light in colour, elegant rather than weighty. Silky, smooth harmony of ripe redcurrent cassis and damson flavours.

Striking Floral nose is delicate and aromatic. Lightly tropical in character kept in check by the crsip acidity, makes this an excellent match to spiced chicken, fish dishes and vegeatable dishes.

The Blanc de Noirs (100% Pinot Meunier) is heady with apple and pear aromas, which are balanced on the palate with strong overtones of soft brioche. Delicious with a creamy chicken stew, yet surprisingly appropriate to crème brulée.
