Full of black fruit and berry flavours which are complemented by slightly sweet spice. A nice soft mouthfeel that is ripe and juicy. This wine is a great companion to grilled steak, pork or sausages.
The wine is a ruby garnet red colour with purplish hints & the intense floral aromas suggests rose, small brushwood fruits and the scent of geranium leaves.
On the palate it is full, harmonic and warm, with a pleasant acidity.
A lingering finish adds to the overall pleasure.
An elegant, spicy nose with developed, ripe, juniper berry characters and firm grainy tannins in the mouth. Very much a food orientated style, maturation in seasoned oak has integrated flavours without overpowering them.
