This Pecorino is a white wine in the Abruzzi region of Italy. It is a sumptuous and full-bodied white wine with flavours and aromas of peaches, apricots, lychees, pears and white blossom. This pairs well with oysters, fish dishes and fried food.

Mineral at first, slightly austere, opening out in the mid palate with brioche notes and then finishing with bright raspberry notes

The Cortese grapes are handpicked and fermented in stainless steel tanks before being aged on the lees for three months, giving fantastic concentration, richness and mouth watering freshness. Bright orchard fruits, runny honey and candied citrus fruits merge with subtle notes...
