A cracker-jack Sauvignon, more like a Loire than New World, herbaceous aromas of nettles, green apple and cut grass.

A straw yellow colour with golden reflections, it brings to the nose an interesting fruity scent of peach and ripe apricot. In the mouth it shows excellent freshness, with fruity notes that return to the mouth with good persistence.

Blackberry and spice, open up on the palate to display more complex dark fruit flavours, tannins are present but silky now with some bottle age, lingering fruitful finish.

Due to the cooler climate of the Upper-Langkloof, the style of this single vineyard Sauvignon Blanc is much more Sancerre in style. Firm and succulent tropical fruits with gooseberries. A refined and appealing minerality and clean, fresh and bone dry finish.

This Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz blend has been matured in French Oak barrels for 18 months and is an elegant and multilayered wine.

With aromas of coffee, mocha and chocolate this pinotage provides spicy undertones of cinnamon with notes of roasted coffee beans and a smooth, lingering aftertaste.

The tannins are soft and ripe and the wine has a long, clean aftertaste with enough tannic grip to promise a good few years maturation potential. The Goose Shiraz has a ruby red colour, scented bouquet with abundant smoke and spice.
