Unoaked Chardonnay. Dry with lush peach and citrus back-bone in support.

A very aromatic dry white wine with floral aromas of acacia, elderberry and citrus and the wine is supple, slightly salty and leaves you wanting another sip. It is a very fruity, rich, unctuous and long in the mouth and at the aromatic level, it is very expressive!

A very unusual Piquepoul, medium sweet but still with the lovely lemon citrus and acidity and body you`d expect. The nose is clean and crisp, with notes of citrus and exotic fruit. A generous mouth feel is balanced by perky acidity with a fresh, lemony finish.

Intense and flowery on the nose with hints of acacia and lime blossom with tropical fruit notes. The subtle taste confirms the bouquet and offers a great balance of freshness and flavour.

A blend of Chardonnay and Chenin made in Tufa caves for one year. A very fruity and supple wine with a soft mouthfeel, with very delicate bubbles. The perfect apertif or companion to smoked salmon and scrambled eggs.
