Blackberry and spice, open up on the palate to display more complex dark fruit flavours, tannins are present but silky now with some bottle age, lingering fruitful finish.

Explosive red berry nose, backed up with chocolate and soft vanilla notes, fleshy fruit on the palate with ripe tannins, the finish is long, warm and beguiling.

This Syrah has an intense ruby red colour with complex aromas of black fruits and a hint of vanilla. It is rich and ample on the palate with silky, smooth tannins. The perfect companion for any red or roasted meats, spicy meatballs or even wild boar ragu!

This Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz blend has been matured in French Oak barrels for 18 months and is an elegant and multilayered wine.

This Cabernet Sauvignon has a brilliant purple colour with a sweet nose of blackberries and hints of cherry, ripe tannins and a long, layered finish. It is a well-balanced, soft and fruitful wine, that can be enjoyed with roast meats, pasta dishes and hearty stews or simply sipped...

The tannins are soft and ripe and the wine has a long, clean aftertaste with enough tannic grip to promise a good few years maturation potential. The Goose Shiraz has a ruby red colour, scented bouquet with abundant smoke and spice.

Full of black fruit and berry flavours which are complemented by slightly sweet spice. A nice soft mouthfeel that is ripe and juicy. This wine is a great companion to grilled steak, pork or sausages.

This Stellenview Reserve is made from the carefully selected grapes grown in the Stellenbosch wine region, aged in oak barrels with very little intervention.
