Mick Messum, the creator of Pompita says his love affair with Spain all started with a paella on the beach with friends and jugs of Sangria. Having traveled through many of the incredibly diverse cities in Spain, he realised that each wonderful place had its own expression of Sangria and he was inspired to try and capture that in a bottle.
